Clear mind essential oil roll-on

Clear mind essential oil roll-on recipe

This handy clear mind essential oil roll-on is a blend of peppermint and rosemary oils. It’s perfect for when you’re having trouble keeping your energy levels high. This blend eliminates sluggishness and increases focus. I use it when I need a boost of energy, usually in the winter months and in some afternoons. But it also works well when I don’t get a good night’s sleep and need a wake-me-up in the morning. The minty, refreshing fragrance is great for clearing the mind and relieving headaches.

Clear mind essential oil roll-on is fantastic for students and people who need to focus to get their job done. Works well on kids who have trouble focusing while doing homework.

The small bottle fits well in your pocket or bag making it easy to take along with you just about everywhere.

The peppermint essential oil improves concentration and increases energy level. The rosemary essential oil is invigorating and promotes mental clarity and focus. Don’t skip the vodka! Water and oil don’t mix so the vodka is essential to combine all ingredients. The salt is optional but I always add it because it helps the essential oils to bind to the vodka.

Supplies needed

  • 2/3 (6 ml) vodka
  • 1/3 (3 ml) water
  • 6 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 4 drops rosemary essential oil (if you don’t like rosemary, skip it and add more peppermint)
  • pinch of salt (optional)
  • 10 ml (1/3 oz) roll-on glass bottle (amber and blue are best, clear if you store it in a dark place)

Make it

Combine all ingredients in the roll-on glass bottle. Make sure you are using glass because the essential oils can damage plastic. The darker the glass the better as it helps keep the oils from losing their potency. Shake well to combine ingredients.

Use it

Shake the bottle each time before use. Apply it on your forehead near the hair-line. If you find that too strong, apply it on your wrists or behind your ears.
