Ingredients
  • Day one: a handful of dandelions and 5 tablespoons of water (75 ml)
  • Day two: 2 handfuls of dandelions and 10 tablespoons of water (150 ml)
  • Day three: 3 handfuls of dandelion and 15 tablespoons of water (225 ml)
  • Day four: 4 handfuls of dandelion and 20 tablespoons of water (300 ml)
  • Day five: 5 handfuls of dandelion and 25 tablespoons of water (375 ml)
  • Day six: 4 handfuls of dandelion and 20 tablespoons of water (300 ml)
  • Day seven: 3 handfuls of dandelion and 15 tablespoons of water (225 ml)
  • Day eight: 2 handfuls of dandelion and 10 tablespoons of water (150 ml)
  • Day nine: 1 handful of dandelion and 5 tablespoons of water (75 ml)
Instructions
  1. Take the dandelions, rinse them quickly under cold tap water, chop them roughly and put them in an immersion blender.
  2. Add the tablespoons of water and blend well.
  3. Put a sheet of paper towel on a large mesh strainer over a large cup or glass.
  4. Pour the dandelion juice on it and squeeze any excess juice.
  5. Enjoy it!
